Pallis Properties Inc.’s primary focus is the development of anchored retail centers in the Pacific Northwest region.
To date, Pallis Properties Inc. has completed four custom build-to-suit projects. The first for Firestone Tire and Rubber in 1963. The second for the US Postal Service in 1970. The third for Ballard Computer – later occupied by UW Physicians Network, and the fourth for Trader Joe’s. All buildings were successful for each tenant and Pallis Properties Inc. The Pallis team works closely with each tenant’s real estate team taking creative advice on building design while being sensitive to the cost element of each project. Ultimately, working with the tenant in an attempt to “value engineer” each aspect of the planned facility is critical. SELF STORAGE FACILITIES
Pallis Properties Inc. has developed three self storage facilities in the greater Puget Sound area. The first in Skyway and the next two in Maple Valley. All three projects have proven to be successful additions to the Pallis Properties Inc. portfolio. As such, Pallis Properties Inc. will continue to seek quality self storage sites within Western Washington.
